Rev. Jeremiah & Melissa Veillon

Rev. Jeremiah Veillon was born and raised in Mamou, LA.  He moved to Georgia 1997 and soon began dating Melissa. They were married in December of 1998. Not long after their marriage, they began working with the Youth Ministry.  Together they have a passion of helping young people discover a closer walk with Jesus.  Jeremiah’s experience with teaching and leading youth led him to pursue a career in education.

Jeremiah graduated from Shorter University in 2006 with major in Mathematics and began teaching at Pepperell High School, where he currently chairs the Freshmen Academy. He also serves as an Adjunct Professor at Shorter University. He completed his Masters Program in 2010 and is currently working on his Specialist Degree.  Melissa began her career as an insurance agent in 1999 and now works at a local insurance agency.

God has blessed Jeremiah and Melissa with four boys (including 2 adopted).

In 2010, Jeremiah and Melissa were named as the Assistant Pastors at Christ Gospel Church in Rome, GA.
